The axial automatic take‐ups AS‐03 ,
coupled to the loom,
allows the formation of large rolls of fabric.
The machine works with direct drive of the central axis
and controls by load cell, PLC, microprocessors,
Touch Screen.

Electronic control of the parameters of winding
by meansof electronic load cell amplified.

The system allows to select the program
as a function of different types of fabric

The ES models are mostly suitable for
the take‐up of big fabric rolls

Fabrics:
Apparel, Cotton, Denim, Linen, Sheeting,

The tangential automatic take‐up ES, coupled to the loom, allow the formation of large rolls of fabric.
The model uses a sensor commuter and
INVERTER vector driver
for accurate control of winding parameters.
AST TANGENTIAL
UNDER‐LOOM
BATCHING UNIT
Takes‐up the fabric directly between the frames of the loom

Applications: 
Small Fabric Rolls

 
The AST replaces the take‐up unit in the weaving machine,
which normally drives a fabric roll in the center.
Thanks to the compact design, it is possible to place
the AST within the weaving machine and therefore no additional space is required.
A retrofit of existing machines as well as the installation
into new weaving machines is possible.
Electronic INVERTER actuator automatically
controls the fabric tension during the winding process.
The electrical panel and the motorisation enable to handle all batching motion winding functions independently and safely.
